Corporate Headshots in Singapore

Dream Archive Studio offers corporate headshot sessions for individuals and teams, photographed and retouched in-house at our Singapore studio. Sessions are available for LinkedIn profiles, company websites, and internal directories, with a choice of white, grey, or black backdrops. Individual sessions run from 30 minutes to an hour; team sessions are scheduled back-to-back so each person is in and out in 5–15 minutes. All retouching is done by our own team, with final images delivered in 3–5 business days.

A professional headshot is often the first impression a client, employer, or colleague forms of you, whether on LinkedIn, a company website, or an internal directory. A studio session ensures consistent lighting, a clean background, and a polished result a phone camera cannot match.

For teams, a shared session also keeps everyone's headshots visually consistent, same lighting, same backdrop, same quality of retouching, so your directory looks unified rather than pieced together.

Base package (2 people): $350


Example: a team of 8 — $350 base + (6 × $70) = $770, with 2 retouched finals each and 1 group shot.

Rescheduling with 48 hours' notice; deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session

Before your shoot

You'll receive a confirmation with your session time and studio address. If you're unsure what to wear, our team is happy to advise in advance — solid colors and simple silhouettes photograph best.

On the day

Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. We'll walk you through the backdrop and pose options, then start shooting. Most people find the session more relaxed than expected, with guidance on posing and expression throughout.

After your shoot

You'll review the Raw Proofs and select your final images. Our in-house team handles retouching, with delivery in 3–5 business days (individual) or 5–7 business days (teams), via a private online gallery. Raw, unedited files are not provided.

FAQ

Do you photograph teams as well as individuals?

Yes. We run corporate team sessions for groups of any size, with each person scheduled in a short individual slot and a shared backdrop for consistency across the team. Larger teams can request individual backdrops or an express turnaround.

How long does delivery take?

Individual sessions are delivered in 3–5 business days, with 2–3 day priority delivery available on our Premium package. Team sessions are delivered in 5–7 business days, with priority delivery available on request.

What's included in retouching?

Every final image is retouched in-house, with one round of revisions included. We work from your selected shots and deliver high-resolution JPEGs through a private online gallery.

Do I need to bring my own outfit?

Yes — we're happy to advise on outfit choices in advance. Premium sessions include one outfit change; an outfit change can be added to Essential sessions for $40.

What backdrops are available?

White, grey, and black backdrops are included. Additional backdrops or a group/composite team photo can be arranged for an extra fee.

How do I book?

A 50% deposit confirms your session, with the balance due on the day. Sessions run on weekdays, with a surcharge for weekends and public holidays.
